He is a partner at Aguirre Consultores Legales. He entered the firm on March 15th, 2006. He specializes in business design, foreign investment, corporate law, industrial and intellectual property, litigation, real-estate, agrarian, immigration, civil, commercial, and labor law.

He was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco on December 14th 1973. He graduated from the Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara, with the thesis paper "The importance of phonetics in Industrial Property."

He was a Corporate attorney in the law firm Del Bosque Araujo and associates S.C., as well as at the International Corporate and Intellectual Property division manager for the Omnilife Group S.A. de C.V.

He has taken several specialty courses including: a Post-Graduate course in Law for Financial Entities, at the Centro Universitario Francisco de Vitoria in Madrid, Spain; an Industrial Property course at the National Business Attorneys Association; a curse in Business Law: Mergers and Strategic Alliances by the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain; a course in International Law practice at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain. Stock Market practical course at the Centro de Economía y Estudios Empresariales in Madrid, Spain; an administrative law course at the Universidad de Guadalajara; a course in Alternative Resolution mechanisms for the Settle of Disputes given by the Camara de Comercio de Guadalajara; as well as a course on Civil Practice Update at the Universidad Panamericana.

He was professor of Special Taxes and Industrial Property at the Centro Universitario Hermosa Provincia, Incorporated to the UDG, as well as a professor of International Private Law at the Universidad Sammän de Jalisco.
