Sergio Salvador Aguirre Sánchez

Founding partner of the law firm, established January 1°, 2003; he specializes in business and tax planning, litigation, and constitutional, administrative, criminal, tax, foreign trade, and custom law.

He was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, on March 16th 1972. He graduated from "La Escuela Libre de Derecho", with the thesis paper "Mortgage Trusts and the Constitutionality of its execution."

From 1998 to 2002 he worked in the Mexican Revenue Ministry in several areas: He worked in the central Legal Administration, COMPEX Custom Department chief, Foreign Trade sub-administrator, Local Legal Administrator for Zapopan and Ciudad Guzman, and Internal Tax Normativity Administrator, where he worked directing, in consultation, in procedural resolution, tax, custom and criminal litigation.

He has completed several courses including: Foreign Trade at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM - SAT), a Tax Law Courses at the Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey, a Tax Specialty at the Universidad Panamericana, and North American Free Trade Agreement resolution studies at the Revenue Ministry.

From 2003 to 2006 he was professor at Guadalajara's Universidad Panamericana. He has given conferences, courses and dissertations in several forums including: The Mexican Bar, College of Attorneys, College of Public Accountants of Guadalajara, College of Public Accountants of Jalisco, Internal Revenue Ministry, College of Jalisco's Notaries, and University of Guadalajara, he has also published articles in law and business magazines.

He is legal advisor for COPARMEX, Jalisco, and a member of the tax and law affairs commissions. He is also a member of the Mexican Bar, College of Attorneys, president of Jalisco's Chapter from June 2004 to June 2006.
